Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work? Is there any chance this can get fixed in the next dev build?

Im having a problem with this game its running full speed no slowdowns but the audio is driving me crazy it is constantly crackling ive tried LLE and HLE recompiler including openal with a higher latency and it still doesnt fix it. Wasn't able to take a video as Geforce Experience isn't working at the moment, attempting frame dump looks to trigger an unrelated issue and it was the only time I got stuttering and 30fps in menus but it was uncompressed so not surprising. What's the problem? Describe what went wrong. Wasn't able to replicate the issue in 4.0-8400, game runs between 120 and 60fps solid, there is no stuttering or lag in the menus. Otherwise you just need a faster computer. It also happened the first time I entered the school. The audio crackling can happen at any time. It happens almost every time when jumping the bridge in the first level. Which versions of Dolphin did you test on 4. Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have known issues and bugs, so dont report issues about them and test the latest Dolphin version first. (right click the game in the game list, properties, info tab, MD5 Hash: Compute) You can try using OpenAL as your audio backend instead of XAudio or DirectSound, as this supports time stretching, but to do that it needs you to set up some latency, which can be annoying in some games, and will completely ruin games which require you to do things in time with sounds eg music games. The audio crackling happens mostly when on foot.
